Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statements of two eyewitnesses. He submits that large quantity of explosive substances was recovered from the present petitioner who was injured. Considering the materials in the Case Diary and the gravity of the offences and the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and considering the fact that explosive substances were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and another co-accused, we are unable to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 4971 of 2021 is rejected.
