1. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses, the fact that the victim/BSF personnel received a gunshot injuries and the fact that a proclamation has already been issued against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
