Deb Roy ... ...For the State The Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court disposed of the application being CRM 4978 of 2021 vide order dated 25.10.2021 granting bail to the petitioner subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court at Tamluk. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a mistake has crept up in the order dated 25.10.2021. It is submitted that since the Court is on 'Puja Vacation' the rectification of the order has been sought for to the extent that bail bond may be submitted to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk instead

of Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court at Tamluk.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we are inclined to modify the order to the effect that the bail bond may be submitted to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk.

Other portions of the order dated 25.10.2021 shall remain unaltered.
