Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the State and having considered the material in the case diary and having considered the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner and having considered the fact that proclamation of arrest process was issued against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM 4964 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
