This present revisional application was filed challenging the order dated 09.03.2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Alipore, 24 Parganas (South) in Criminal Misc. Case No.4051 of 2020. I have considered the records of this revisional application and I find that the revisional application was filed in the year 2021 and appeared in the list on 24th August, 2021. The same appeared also on November 16, 2021.

Having regard to the subject-matter of this revisional application which relates to put up petition and the time period which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 1512 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
