The petitioner alleges that, although, he has been released on bail, he is unable to enter his residence.

A report has been submitted by the Officer-in-charge of Rajapur Police Station, which reflects that there has been no complaint of the petitioner being prevented while entering his residence.

Be that as it may, if the

petitioner approaches the concerned police station, the Officer-in-charge of the concerned P.S.

will make necessary arrangements if there is any resistance from the local residents in respect of the petitioner and/or his family members'

entering the said residence.

The police authorities would keep a strict vigil so that no untoward incident results after the petitioner and/or his family members enters his/their residence.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12240 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
