( Via Video Conference ) Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh ... for the petitioner The plaintiff in a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction is aggrieved by the delay in disposal of the Title Suit No. 21 of 2017 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division ), 1st Court at Bolpur, District- Birbhum .

It appears from the order dated November 20,2019 that February 13, 2020 was fixed for filing of the written statement by the defendant no. 12 and step upon the defendant no 13.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the next date is fixed on September 30,2021 for filing of the written statement by the defendant no. 13.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity of issuing any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of the application as well as this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocates representing the opposite parties in the Court below.

The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Bolpur is requested to make endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

CO 1343 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.
