The order dated 10th June, 2024 is listed for correction.

In the last sentence of the paragraph No. 1 of the first page of the said order, the expression "secured 55.9 marks" shall stand corrected to read as "secured 50.09 marks".

The first sentence of paragraph No. 2 of the first page of the said order shall stand deleted and be replaced with the following sentence, "The said recruitment process of 2006 was completed in the year 2010. The petitioner participated afresh in the year 2009 recruitment process as an "OBC A" category.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 10th June, 2024.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
