Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the property 22.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.14 Rakib was purchased where representation was made by the private respondent no.4 in respect of the description and area of the property which on subsequent measurement the petitioner found to be not matching. To that effect petitioner intended to discuss the issues with the respondent no.4 but the respondent no.4 along with her associates had been threatening the petitioner with the aid of local miscreants.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities on receipt of information have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are aware regarding the nature of the dispute, I direct that the police authorities would oversee that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent no.4.

Petitioner would be at liberty to ventilate his grievance before the jurisdictional Civil and Criminal Courts. The concerned Courts will assess regarding the genuinity of the accusations and pass necessary orders as it deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11300 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
