Upon considering the submissions made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner and the averments made in the application, I am of the view that sufficient reasons have not been shown for the inordinate delay of 807 day in filing the application for recalling.

In the light of the same, the application for condonation of delay, being CAN 12542 of 2019 is dismissed. Consequently, the application for recalling, being CAN 12541 of 2019 is also dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
