Rule do issue against the alleged added contemnor, being the present Secretary, Department of Panchayat and Rural Development, Government of West Bengal.

In Re: CPAN 1371 of 2019 In spite of giving opportunity to comply with the order dated 13th September, 2017 no satisfactory explanation could be offered for not complying with the order dated 13th September, 2017. Rule do issue against the alleged contemnor, being the present Superintendent of Police, Nadia, P.O. Krishnagar, District Nadia. In Re: CPAN 547 of 2018 This contempt application was filed prior to order of confirmation passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 23rd July,

2019.

In view thereof, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In Re: CPAN 86 of 2018 In spite of giving opportunity to comply with the order dated 13th September, 2017 no satisfactory explanation could be offered for not complying with the order dated 13th September, 2017, Rule do issue against the alleged added contemnor nos. 1, 2 and 3. The petitioners shall put in requisites for effect service of Rules upon the alleged contemnors by 29th September, 2022. Rules are made returnable on 10th November, 2022 at 2 PM. Pendency of the Rules shall not prevent the alleged contemnors from implementing the order dated 13th September, 2017.
