Ms. Sofia Nesar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of the private opposite party. She is directed to file Vokalatnama in the department. Though the petitioners have come up with a prayer to quash a criminal proceeding being A.C. Case No.1937 of 2021 under Sections 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, at the time of hearing it is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that one Subhas Chandra Ghose, the landlord in respect of sweetmeat shop situated at premises No.114/46/2 M.G. Road, Police Station - Thakurpukur. One Sisir Mondal is the statutory tenant in respect of the said premises. Subsequent to the filing of the suit for eviction, the said

Subhas Chandra Ghose through his men and agent filed a complaint under Section 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the opposite party and his brother, employees and others.

It is also submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that two sons of said Subhas Chandra Ghose are practicing Advocates of Alipore Court. Therefore, the petitioners are not getting any Advocate to submit their case before the learned Magistrate. For the reasons stated above, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, 24-Parganas South at Alipore is directed to appoint a competent Advocate for the petitioners to contest criminal case No.A.C.1937 of 2021.

I do not find any other reasons to admit the instant revision.

With the above order, the instant revision is disposed of.
