Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite of informing the Officerin-Charge, Jamalpur Police Station, no steps have been taken.

Records reflect that last of the representation was sent to the police authorities on or about 19th January, 2024.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Pratiti Das, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the nature of the accusations made in the information which was sent to the Officer-in-Charge, Jamalpur Police Station. Having considered that substantial time has passed in the meantime, I direct that if fresh inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, he would

inform the concerned police station. Police authorities would oversee that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent no.4. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12251 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
