Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, CESC has afforded her the electricity connection and have installed the meter.

In that view of the matter, her client does not wish to press the writ petition any further. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

There will be no order as to costs.
