Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the jurisdictional Court by the order dated July 15, 2021. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private opposite party threatened to circulate the offensive pictures of the petitioner in the social media. In response to a query of the Court, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no evidence of the same being done by the private opposite party. The so-called post bail infraction of the private opposite party is not established at the behest of the petitioner. Consequently, we are unable to cancel the bail granted by the jurisdictional Court to the petitioner on July 15, 2021. Accordingly, the prayer for cancellation of bail is rejected. C.R.M. 5211 of 2021 is dismissed.
