In this review application the petitioner is making certain serious allegations against the authorities alleging that false plan was produced before the court leading to the dismissal of the writ petition.

2. In sum and substance it is the contention of the review applicant that on the Western side of the children playground there was no pathway or road

existence as per the approved plan of NKDA. Photographs have been produced by the petitioner which shows that there is a road on the Eastern side which is not the subject matter of the instant application.

3. The applicant is aggrieved by the pathway which is formed on the Western side alleging that it is to give access to the promoters who put up construction adjoining the pathway in non-HIDCO plots.

4. The appropriate authority of all the respondents shall file their affidavits explaining the entire facts and circumstances duly supported by documents.

5. Till this review application is heard and disposed of, the authorities shall close the pathway on the Western side and not permit anyone to access the said pathway.

6. List after three weeks.
