In terms of previous order a report is filed by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas signed on 22nd July, 2025 and same is taken on record.

On perusal of the report it appears that based on documents available to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) a report is filed today enclosing the observations made by the concerned Chief Medical Officer of Health (for short, 'CMOH') which was uploaded on the system.

Application was made by the petitioner seeking transfer on medical ground on 15th September, 2022 which was forwarded by the school authority where

petitioner is working to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) but after obtaining observation from the concerned CMOH transfer application was sent back to the school authority. 4.

From the uploaded observations of the concerned CMOH it appears petitioner was not recommended for transfer on medical ground.

In view of aforesaid situation no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.
