Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 2nd July, 2019, the petitioner duly appeared before the learned Court below and obtained regular bail.

In view thereof, the order dated 2nd July, 2019 stands merged with the said order and the condition as incorporated in the order dated 2nd July, 2019 to the effect that the "petitioners shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders" does not survive.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 3872 of 2019) is disposed of.
