The report of the District Engineer, Northern District, CESC Limited dated August 23, 2021 states that on inspection, the meter standing in the name of the first petitioner was checked and inspected on August 14, 2021. During inspection CESC authorities did not find any abnormality. The meter was registering correctly. In such view, the grievance of the petitioners being redressed, further interference by the writ Court is not called for.

W.P.A. 12019 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all legal formalities.
