After going through the materials on record, this court finds that this is a vague application and that the petitioner has not stated anything with regard to the amount at which the suit should be valid.

This court is of the opinion that the leaned trial judge is right in rejecting the application.

For these reasons, this court is not inclined to interfere with the order of the learned trial judge. CO No.1797 of 2025 is thus dismissed.

It is, however, made clear that dismissal of this application shall not prevent the petitioner from filing an appropriate application in accordance with law. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
