It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has already restored the water supply to the petitioner's premises.

Presently, the allegation of the petitioner is that the supply of water is very minimal.

If there is any subsequent grievance which the petitioner intends to highlight before the authority, it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh representation.

The authority shall consider the representation, if any, provided all necessary documents in connection with the same are submitted before the authority. No further relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
