1. Heard the learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Delay was due to abscondence of co-accused.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. We request the learned Trial Court to proceed with the case with utmost expeditions without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
