Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the alleged over action of the police authorities.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there were complaints pursuant to which the police authorities acted. It is also seen that subsequently FIR has been registered.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities had been conducting the enquiry pursuant to receipt of information, I am of the view that they were well within their powers to act. Since the report reflects that a case has been registered being Pragati Maidan P.S. 108 dated 09.05.2025 under Sections 93/143(4)/61(2) of the BNS read with

Section 81 of Juvenile Justice (Care of Protection and Children) Act, 2015 where the petitioner is an FIR named accused, petitioner would approach the appropriate forum for exhausting the statutory remedies available to her.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11205 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
