Public Prosecutor Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ... ... for the State Heard the learned advocate appearing for both the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie show role of the petitioner in detaining the victim to extract money. In view of the aforesaid fact, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
