As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Amrita Tewari, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to hand over a copy of the writ petition to learned advocate appearing for the State.

The petitioner complains that in spite of direction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad in connection with OS 70 of 2021 on 21.06.2021 and subsequently directing the Inspector-in-Charge, Hariharpara Police Station to take steps so that the order dated 21.06.2021 is complied with, no steps were taken by the police authorities and subsequently the petitioner was faced with severe inconveniences.

I find that information was furnished with the police authorities on or about 19.04.2023. If the

situation similarly persists and the direction of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad in OS 70 of 2021 till date is in force and if the petitioner files a fresh representation, the concerned police authorities would respect, obey and implement the order of the civil court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11474 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
