Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including evidence of the victim girl implicating the petitioner in the alleged offence of gang rape.

Keeping in mind the incriminating materials on record and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
