Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits there was a love affair between the parties. He renews his bail prayer. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner had been rejected on merits earlier. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to examine the minor victim at the earliest.

Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
