In the first paragraph of the 2nd page of the order dated June 20, 2025 "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly" be read as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly".

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated June 20, 2025.
