The State of West Bengal and Ors.
The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 02.12.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore in Case No. AC 2329 of 2008. For appreciation of the same, it has been found that the learned Magistrate was pleased to allow the investigation to be conducted under Section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1672 of 2012 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
