We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was driving the car in an intoxicated state and caused death of a person. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
