And In Re : Kalu Sk. ..... petitioner Mr. Debarshi Brahma ... for the petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Ms. Debjani Dasgupta ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 260 grams of Heroin and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
