2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner has fairly submitted that petitioner was a State Government employee, who was working as Sub-Assistant Engineer, PWD. Petitioner retired on superannuation.

3. Petitioner has prayed certain benefits relating to service rendered by him before his retirement.

4. Hence, it is found at this stage writ petition is not maintainable.

5. Writ petition stands dismissed.

6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach West Bengal Administrative Tribunal on the self same cause of action.

7. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
