Under such circumstance and keeping in mind the period of detention suffered by the opposite parties they have been released on bail.

We do not find any illegality in the order granting bail. We however, record the observation in the impugned order that there is no serious allegation against the petitioner would not be treated as binding in the course of trial and the assessment of evidence against the petitioner shall be made independently without being swayed by the aforesaid observation. With the aforesaid observation, CRM (DB) 1910 of 2023 is disposed of.
