The petitioner complains that the Mahishadal Police Station has not taken any steps against the private respondents who he claims has prevented him from running his brick field business. The petitioner is admittedly a lessee under the private respondents.

The Mahishadal Police Station has registered two several FIRs being Mahishadal PS Case No. 204/23 dated 08.04.2023 and Mahishadal PS Case No. 263/23 dated 05.05.2023.

This Court is of the view that Mahishadal Police Station has taken steps and there can be no inaction on their part.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIRs be completed as expeditiously as

possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from date.

The parties may agitate their civil disputes before an appropriate civil forum.

6.

The Mahishadal Police Station shall strictly comply with any orders that may be passed by the Civil Court.

7.

The Mahishadal Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10.

The parties have stated to enter into a settlement in a private sitting. Copy of such settlement has been placed before this Court. 11.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
