Heard the learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner as well as the State are present.

The necessary direction given to the petitioner to appear before the Drug Disposal Committee and ventilate his prayer before the Committee in coming to dispose of the matter. Learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner also agrees to go to the Drug Disposal Committee.

In view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Drug Disposal Committee and to ventilate his prayer before the Committee for getting the return of the vehicle. The Drug Disposal Committee is also directed to dispose of the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and dispose of within one month from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly the revisional application stands disposed of. The department is directed to communicate this order to the Drug Disposal Committee, Raghunathganj P.S. Murshidabad forthwith.
