Mondal ...for the alleged contemnor The learned advocate representing the applicants submits that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 27th September, 2022 on the connected writ petition has been complied with.

However, Mr.

Indranil Roy, learned counsel representing the alleged contemnor submits that in spite of direction contained in the previous order dated 1st March, 2024 applicants have failed to provide bank details of 38 candidates as a result whereof the interest could not be transmitted to the bank accounts of those 38 candidates. However, learned advocate representing the applicants has tendered an undertaking that in future they will not claim interest of those 38 candidates due to failure on the part of the said 38 candidates to provide bank details in time.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application stands disposed of. The contempt proceeding also stands dropped.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
