1. Pursuant to the order dated 19th June, 2025, the petitioners including the interested parties were given an opportunity of hearing and the representations of the petitioners had been disposed of by the returning officer by passing an order dated 19th June, 2025. A copy of the order as placed before this Court by the Mr. Nayak, Learned advocate representing the Cooperative Election Commission, West Bengal is taken on record.

2. However, considering the apprehension expressed by Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate representing the petitioners, I direct the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District, South 24 Parganas to ensure adequate police assistance for the purpose of conducting free and fair elections of the Dakshin Durgapur Daspara Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samiti (SKUS) Ltd. which is schedule on 21st June, 2025. The

returning officer is also directed to provide for adequate CCTV coverage and also take adequate steps for ensuring free and fair election.

3. Since nothing further survives in the writ petition for consideration, the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties including the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District, South 24 Paganas and the Officer-in-Charge, Kultali Police Station are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. The parties are also directed to communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District, South 24 Parganas and Officer-in-Charge, Kultali Police Station.
