Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioners be kept 22.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.15 Rakib with the record.

Petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite representation no steps were taken.

Petitioners pray that there is insecurity, particularly, with respect to the protection of the property and consequently they are not in a position to cultivate the land.

Learned advocate for the State submits that already the police authorities have drawn up proceedings against the respondent nos. 5 to 7.

Having considered that the police authorities are completely aware regarding the dispute and difference between the petitioner and the private respondents, I am of the opinion that the police authorities would ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

So far as the other issues are concerned petitioner would be at liberty to agitate the same for redressing their grievance before the appropriate forum.

In view of the aforesaid further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 11302 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
