The civil revision petition has been filed during pendency of the matter (O.A. No. 556 of 2023) before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the 'S.A.T.') 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involves sanction of some leave. He submits that in absence of a second member, the matter is not being heard. Therefore, this Court should issue a direction for expeditious disposal having regard to the nature of relief sought and the admitted position that there is no second member, whereas the S.A.T. has directed for placing the matter before the Division Bench. 3.

Having regard to the nature of relief claimed in the O.A., we do not find any scope for issuing any such direction for expeditious disposal. Also such a direction in absence of a second member today will be futile.

The Civil Revision Petition being No. C.O.S.T. 1 of 2025 is dismissed.
