Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata, Mr. Prasanta Behari Mahata ...for the State Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that no report has been submitted by the Matigara Police Station. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report produced by the State reflects that Matigara Police Station did not receive any communication for execution of warrant of arrest from the Office of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar in connection with Misc. Exn. Case no. 50/10.

Petitioner was confronted to produce the document which would reflect that the despatch section of C.J.M., Nadia reflects that the warrant or arrest has been sent to the Siliguri Police Commissionerate. The learned Magistrate in seisin of Misc. Exn. Case no. 50/10 is directed to ensure that the warrant of arrest is sent to the Siliguri Police Commissionerate, so that the same is executed or a execution report is submitted in the proposed date to be fixed.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11466 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta is directed to communicate this order to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
