None appears on behalf of the parties. The appellant was also not represented on the earlier occasion. This matter has come up for admission of the second appeal. In view of the unclenching evidence that Exhibit-E clearly shows that the said suit has been executed in respect of the property no.110/201, whereas the suit property situated in plot no. 110/203. The findings of both the Courts cannot be disturbed. The appeal, accordingly, stands dismissed at the admission stage.
