Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that subsequently the direction of this Court has been complied with and representation has been decided. Hence, no case for initiating the contempt proceedings against the respondent is made out. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed, however with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order passed in deciding the representation in appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
