It appears from the paragraph 22 of the impugned judgment, the State Transport Authority, West Bengal and the State Transport Authority, Jharkhand was to hear the writ petitioner as well as both respondents and take a reasoned decision in that regard.

Since no formal decision has been taken, this Court is of the view that the order calls for no interference. 4.

Mr. Saha Roy, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent and counsel for the State submit that since hearing has already been concluded and an order has been passed on May 23, 2025, the appeal is, therefore, even otherwise infructuous.

For the reasons stated above, FMA 951 of 2025 along with connected application is hereby dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
