None appears on behalf of the parties. No application has been filed for acceptance of the deficit Court fees beyond the period of limitation. Additional Stamp Reporter in its report dated 18th June, 2016 has indicated the aforesaid defects. In absence of any application for acceptance of the deficit court fees beyond the period of limitation and the absence of the application clearly shows that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal.

The appeal stands dismissed for non-filing any application for acceptance of the deficit court fees and for non-appearance.
