The instant Criminal Revisional Application has been filed for quashing the proceedings in connection with CR Case No.596 of 2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Srirampore, Hooghly.

The petitioner claims to be an railway employee and further stated that the dispute between the parties had been amicably resolved. Neither of the parties has filed any affidavit to that effect. Perused the petition as well as the orders passed by the learned trial court. The instant Criminal

Revisional Application is dismissed with a direction upon the learned trial court to dispose of the proceedings in connection with CR Case No.596 of 2010, in accordance with law.

A copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
