This revisional application has been preferred against an ex parte order of maintenance dated 20th September, 2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Burdwan, Purba Bardhaman in connection with Misc. Case No. 441 of 2021 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the statutory provision of Section 126 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner is to exhaust available remedies before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Burdwan, Purba Bardhaman before approaching this Court. No interference is made by this Court in view of the observations made above.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1814 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
