The petitioner is aggrieved by a fact that the balance of certain sums of money payable to him under a contract issued pursuant to a tender, have not been released. The petitioner claims to have completed the work. The petitioner made a representation dated 21st December 2009.
Keeping in mind the fact that a huge amount of time has lapsed since the said representation, the petitioner may apply afresh before the said authority, highlighting his grievances, and the authorities may dispose of the same in accordance with law.
With the above direction, the writ application shall stand disposed of.
In view of the disposal of the writ petition, connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
