Heard Mr. Majumdar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Roy Chowdhury, learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor. Mr. Roy Chowdhury submits that there is no violation of my order against which this contempt application has been filed.

Let the respondents file affidavit in opposition within four weeks after the Christmas vacation; petitioners to file reply thereto, if any, within two weeks thereafter. The matter shall appear six weeks after the Christmas vacation.

Pendency of this contempt petition will not prevent the alleged contemnor from making full compliance of this order.
