2. Accordingly, let W.P.A. No. 9096 of 2024 be listed along with the present mater on May 13, 2024.

3. In the meantime, learned advocate for the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of W.P.A. No. 9096 of 2024 on the learned advocate for the Bank. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
