Petitioners have been implicated in connection with C.R. Case No.120 of 2020. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the complainant is not appearing before the court for pursuing the case and, as such, unnecessary the case is adjourned.

In case the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Serampore finds that the complainant is not interested to pursue the case, the court will take its decision for dropping the proceedings after affording opportunity by way of fixing at least one date in a month and pronounce his verdict by 30th September, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1752 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
